The official first blog post. It took seven years to get here unfortunately. I had an idea of what I wanted to do but did not quite know how to do it. Like every one else we get busy and put things to the side. When we come back to it, we are surprised how long the gaps had been. I did pay for someone to design a website for me. Repeating the lesson of, you get what you pay for. The first site was not what I wanted and I decided to live by my motto: “Do strenuous things.” I designed the site and I am very please given I had no idea what I was doing. Please be patient as I continue to up load content. There is a lot of material and it is only me. Enjoy.
